Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect or quality issue, it automatically qualifies for a return regardless of use — just let us know and we’ll handle it.
How to Start a Return
Send an email to info@shopwwss.it.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return. We’ll respond with a return authorization and a free prepaid return shipping label. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 1–2 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
If you’d prefer a different product, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order. This ensures the fastest service and item availability.
